The introduction of unit and end-to-end testing helped increase the confidence level of the team and improved coordination.
Overall, changing the deployment process resulted in deployments without outages.
The whole infrastructure scaled from 5 million ARR to 70 million ARR while only doubling the operational costs because of increased traffic.
