Step 1

We start with alignment: between your stated project objectives and the business and market needs, the current organisational and technical challenges. We communicate and align the objectives with the stake-holders. This gives us a solid foundation to build upon. The byproducts of this alignment exercise are an agile and lean project structure, with clear goals based on value, and constraints (such as budget) and risks in sight.

Step 2

Together with your organisation, we set the project team up and kick off the project. We then adopt a leadership role and carry out those steps that lead to project success. For example, we support you by negotiating with vendors, tendering contracts, hiring and architecting technology and tooling.
Knowing that change management is a complex thing, we work closely with your HR and Change management team to integrate the project and its results into the organisation.

Step 3

On the finishing line of a project, a low-risk cut-over plan is mandatory. We rate the existing risks upfront and mitigate them by splitting the rollout, using the appropriate mitigation strategies.
Handing over all the side-assets of the project, including the documentation and lessons learned is crucial. We make sure not only that you have this content, but that the team is aware and able to benefit from it. We tidy up the field to get you ready for the next big thing your organisation wants to tackle.
